1. Do not dry clean. 
2. Wash and dry garments inside out.
3. Wash with like colors.
4. Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. 
5. Use mild detergent. 
6. There is a possibility that colors will bleed.
7. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. 
8. Do not iron directly on design. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Will I receive a copy of the print and proof before the printing and shipping?

Yes, print proofs will only be shared for the designs sent by the customer. All print proofs will be sent by email, within 2 days of receiving the design via email. Once it is confirmed that the design is to your liking, the prints will be made within 3 business days and shipped out to you!

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS ALREADY PLACED?

Definitely! If you want to add items to your order please get in touch with us at info@lazycowprint.ca. We will add your items in the same order, if not already shipped.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS ALREADY PLACED?

Definitely! If you wish to change items in your order please get in touch with us at info@lazycowprint.ca within 24hrs of placing the order. 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS OF THE ORDER?

Definitely! If you want to change your shipping/billing address please get in touch with us at info@lazycowprint.ca before the order is shipped.

What payment methods are accepted?

 FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Contactless pickup is available! Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the address (located in the Churchill Meadows region of Mississauga, Ontario). 

Pickup is generally from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but it is definitely possible to coordinate a pickup date and time outside of these hours!

Canada: 3-5 business days

USA: 6-8 business days

Internationally: 10-14 business days

SIZE AND PRINT

Please check the size charts posted with all apparel, if you are unsure please reach out to us! Product measurements may vary upto 2"(5cm). Each merchandise has a different print area due to multiple manufacturing process. We will scale graphics proportionately.

 

DEFECTS

We will happily provide a new item or a refund for any defective orders. Please contact us so we can come to a solution together!
