**Please take into account the volume that Canada Post receives during the holiday season. All of our packages are shipped Canada Post priority. As soon as packages are shipped we can no longer be responsible for them, and will have no further updates on their expected delivery times.**

We are experiencing delays as we put safety first. Our top priority is to do everything possible to keep our people, and the communities we serve, safe. That has meant implementing significant changes right across our operations, following the guidance of national and local public health authorities.
In the last few weeks, we have seen a significant increase in parcel volumes as Canadians stay home and shop more online. With incoming parcel volumes at Christmas levels, the safety measures we’ve implemented in our processing facilities mean it is taking longer to process. Those measures include physical distancing in facilities that were not designed for keeping people 2 metres apart. While we are delivering in record numbers for this time of year, customers should anticipate delays.
Lazy Cow Print is not responsible for any delivery delays due to Canada Post, import taxes, or customs fees.
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post, and no changes can be made.

Contactless pickup is available! Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the address (located in the Churchill Meadows region of Mississauga, Ontario).
If the order is needed in a rush, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Each merchandise is printed by hand when the order is received, for this reason the turnaround time may vary, but all orders will ship within 3 business days. This does not include shipping.
Production time remains the same, despite shipping preferences.
Canada Post is used to ship all orders, once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
